JPC Bank offers two variants of Saving bank account as follow

With Saving Account Opening Form anyone of following document is compulsory as an address proof/id proof.

For Individual

  Aadhar Card
  Voter ID Card
  Driving Licence
  Latest Light or Telephone bill

In addition following more documents are required

  Proof of PAN / Gir No or Form 60/61.
  Latest passport size photograph (2 copies)

For Hindu Undivded Family (HUF)

  Declaration of HUF.
  Specimen Form CD208A enclosed

Society Saving Bank Account

For society saving additional documents required are:

  Duly certified copies of constitution and bye-laws.
  Certification of registration.
  Resolution passed by the Managing Body authorizing opening of account including mandate for operation of the account.
